This notice concerns the GuruGee Inbox Google integration operated by 1puni for its account holder. It does not cover all 1puni products.
What the integration accesses
The integration uses Google account email and identity information for authorization. Gmail read permission allows access to messages, including headers, bodies and attachments when requested, as well as labels and settings available through read access.
It also accesses drafts. Google’s compose permission bundles draft creation and editing with the ability to send mail. That technical permission does not authorize autonomous sending: sending occurs only on the account holder’s instruction. The integration does not request a general mailbox deletion or settings-write scope.
How data is used
Data is used for inbox search, reading, summaries and draft preparation at the account holder’s direction. Relevant message content may be processed by configured AI service providers to perform these requested functions.
Where data is kept
Messages and drafts remain in Gmail. Relevant excerpts, summaries and operational records may also be retained in the operator’s private assistant workspace and backups. Authorization tokens are protected in restricted credential storage.
Sharing and Limited Use
Data is used to operate the requested assistant features. It is not sold or used for advertising. Service-provider processing is limited to providing those features.
GuruGee Inbox’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Under this integration’s use restriction, Google mailbox data must not be used to train general-purpose AI models.
Your control and retention
The account holder can revoke access through Google account connection management. Revocation stops future API access; it does not automatically delete material already retained.
The account holder can delete Gmail content through Gmail and request removal of retained assistant content or authorization through admin@1puni.com. Backups may retain copies until they are rotated.
